Combing this exercise with the nutrition plan established in the nutrition course will ensure your success.

Tyler Burns

M.S. APK, CF-L2, USAW Level 1, PN-L1

I began my coaching journey in 2019 and since then have totaled hundreds of hours of individual and group instruction.  After many iterations of nutrition classes, challenges and courses, we are confident that our product will provide you the foundation to make positive change.

I am blessed to have my sister, Beth, join me in this journey in bringing you all amazing nutrition and fitness courses.

Beth Burns

As a nurse of 9 years, I have a passion for health and the science behind it. I obtained my Master’s of Nursing Education in 2023 and have worked in both adult and neonatal intensive care units. 

My nutrition journey started in 2021 when I participated in one of Tyler’s nutrition challenges. It was life-changing. It was then that I knew I needed to join my brother, Tyler, in this journey of bringing nutrition and fitness coaching to others. Since then, I have made it a goal to help others discover that a healthy, clean diet is possible. I am excited to be a part of a project that will allow you to gain a better understanding of yourself and guide you to reach a healthier, sustainable lifestyle.
